법 제90조의3제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기관 등"이란 다음 각 호의 기관을 말한다. <개정 2015.12.22>
1. 「민법」 제32조에 따라 금융위원회의 허가를 받아 설립된 금융결제원
2. 정보통신망을 이용하여 신용카드, 직불카드 등(이하 이 조에서 "신용카드등"이라 한다)에 의한 결제를 수행하는 기관 중 시설, 업무수행능력 및 자본금 규모 등을 고려하여 공단 또는 건강보험공단이 지정하는 기관
In 「National Pension Act」, Article 90-3, Paragraph 1, the "agencies, etc. prescribed by Presidential Decree" refer to the agencies listed in the following subparagraphs. <Amended by 2015.12.22> 1. The Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings Institute, established with the permission of the Financial Services Commission under Article 32 of the Civil Act. 2. Agencies that perform payments by credit card, debit card, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "credit card, etc." in this Article) via information and communication networks, designated by the Corporation or the National Health Insurance Service, considering their facilities, operational capabilities, and capital size.
법 제90조의3제3항에 따른 납부대행 수수료는 공단 또는 건강보험공단이 납부대행기관의 운영경비 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 승인한다. 이 경우 납부대행 수수료는 해당 연금보험료, 연체금, 체납처분비, 그 밖의 징수금(이하 이 조에서 "연금보험료등"이라 한다) 납부금액의 1천분의 10을 초과할 수 없다. <개정 2015.12.22>
The payment agency fee under Article 90-3, Paragraph 3 of the Act shall be approved by the Corporation or the National Health Insurance Service, taking into comprehensive consideration the operating expenses of the payment agency, etc. In this case, the payment agency fee shall not exceed 10/1000 of the payment amount of the relevant pension insurance premiums, late fees, enforcement costs for arrears, and other collected amounts (hereinafter referred to as "pension insurance premiums, etc." in this Article). <Amended by 2015.12.22>
