법 제100조의3제2항에 따른 연금보험료의 지원수준은 보건복지부장관이 사용자와 근로자가 각각 부담하는 연금보험료의 범위에서 근로자의 소득수준 및 가입이력 등을 고려하여 고용노동부장관과 협의하여 고시한다. <개정 2016.1.29, 2017.12.19>

The level of pension insurance premium support under Article 100-3 (2) of the Act shall be publicly announced by the Minister of Health and Welfare in consultation with the Minister of Employment and Labor, within the scope of pension insurance premiums borne by employers and workers, respectively, taking into account the worker's income level and enrollment history.

제1항에 따른 연금보험료 지원을 받으려는 경우에는 사용자는 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공단에 연금보험료 지원을 신청하여야 한다.

To receive pension insurance premium support under paragraph (1), the employer shall apply for pension insurance premium support to the Corporation in accordance with the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.

제2항에 따른 신청을 받은 공단은 사용자가 연금보험료를 법 제89조에 따른 납부 기한 내에 납부하였는지를 매월 확인한 후 해당 월의 연금보험료를 지원한다. 이 경우 지원 기간은 지원신청일이 속하는 달부터 해당 연도의 마지막 달까지로 한다.

Upon receiving the application under paragraph (2), the Corporation shall verify monthly whether the employer has paid the pension insurance premiums within the payment deadline prescribed by Article 89 of the Act and shall support the pension insurance premiums for the corresponding month. 사업장이 매년 말 현재 연금보험료를 지원받고 있고 해당 연도의 월평균 근로자 수가 10명 미만인 경우에는 다음 연도 1월 1일에 제2항에 따른 연금보험료 지원을 신청한 것으로 보아 다음 연도의 연금보험료를 계속 지원할 수 있다. 이 경우 해당 사업장에 제73조의2제2항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 근로자가 있으면 그 기간(같은 항 제2호의 경우에는 연금보험료 납부의 예외 기간을 말한다) 동안에는 해당 근로자를 뺀 수를 해당 사업장의 근로자 수로 보아 월평균 근로자 수를 산정한다. <개정 2016.1.29>

If a workplace is receiving pension insurance premium support as of the end of each year and the average monthly number of workers for that year is less than 10, pension insurance premiums for the following year may continue to be supported, deeming that an application for pension insurance premium support under paragraph (2) has been filed on January 1 of the following year. In this case, if there are workers in the workplace who fall under any of the subparagraphs of Article 73-2 (2), the number of workers excluding such workers shall be considered as the number of workers in the workplace for calculating the average monthly number of workers during that period (in the case of subparagraph 2 of the same paragraph, the period of exemption from pension insurance premium payment).

제73조의2제3항에 따라 연금보험료의 지원이 중단된 경우에는 해당 연도의 마지막 달까지는 제2항에 따른 신청을 하지 못한다. <개정 2017.12.19>

If the support for pension insurance premiums is suspended pursuant to Article 73-2 (3), an application under paragraph (2) cannot be filed until the last month of that year.

제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 연금보험료의 지원신청 및 결과통지 등에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다.
