제80조 국민연금기금운용실무평가위원회

법 제104조에 따른 국민연금기금운용실무평가위원회(이하 "실무평가위원회"라 한다)의 위원장은 실무평가위원회를 대표하고, 그 사무를 총괄한다.
The Chairperson of the National Pension Fund Management Working Evaluation Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Working Evaluation Committee") pursuant to Article 104 of the Act shall represent the Working Evaluation Committee and supervise its affairs.
실무평가위원회의 부위원장은 위원장을 보좌하고, 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 그 직무를 대행한다.
The Vice Chairperson of the Working Evaluation Committee shall assist the Chairperson and shall perform the duties of the Chairperson when the Chairperson is unable to do so for unavoidable reasons.
실무평가위원회에 간사 1명을 두되, 간사는 보건복지부 소속 공무원 중에서 위원장이 지명한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>
The Working Evaluation Committee shall have one secretary, who shall be appointed by the Chairperson from among public officials belonging to the Ministry of Health and Welfare. <Amended by Act No. 9439, Feb. 29. 2008, Act No. 10161, Mar. 15. 2010>
실무평가위원회의 회의에 출석한 위원에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당을 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 그 소관 업무와 직접적으로 관련되어 출석하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
Members attending meetings of the Working Evaluation Committee may be paid allowances within the budget. However, this shall not apply to cases where a member who is a public official attends in direct relation to their assigned duties.
실무평가위원회의 운영에 관하여 제1항부터 제4항까지에 규정된 것 외에 필요한 사항은 운용위원회의 의결을 거쳐 운용위원회의 위원장이 정한다.
Matters necessary for the operation of the Working Evaluation Committee, other than those prescribed in paragraphs ① to ④, shall be determined by the Chairperson of the Management Committee after deliberation by the Management Committee.
