법 제103조의3제1항에 따른 국민연금기금운용전문위원회(이하 "전문위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 9명의 위원으로 구성하고, 전문위원회의 위원장은 제2항제1호의 위원 중에서 호선(互選)한다. <개정 2021.11.30>

The National Pension Fund Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Special Committee") pursuant to Article 103-3 (1) of the Act shall be composed of nine members, including one chairperson, and the chairperson of the Special Committee shall be elected among the members specified in Article II, Item 1. <Amended by Act No. 17707, Nov. 30, 2021>

전문위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람이 된다. 이 경우 제1호의 위원은 상근(常勤)인 위원으로서 공동으로 각 전문위원회의 위원이 된다. <개정 2021.11.30, 2023.7.18>

1. 금융, 경제, 자산운용, 법률 또는 연금제도 분야의 업무에 5년 이상 종사하고 있거나 종사했던 사람(이하 "관계 전문가"라 한다)으로서 법 제103조제2항제1호부터 제3호까지의 규정에 따른 단체가 각각 복수로 추천하는 사람 중에서 운용위원회의 위원장이 위촉하는 사람 3명
2. 법 제103조제2항제1호부터 제3호까지의 규정에 따른 운용위원회의 위원 중에서 운용위원회의 위원장이 위촉하는 사람 3명(법 제103조의3제1항제2호의 국민연금기금수탁자책임전문위원회의 경우는 제외한다)
3. 관계 전문가 중에서 운용위원회의 위원장이 위촉하는 사람 3명(법 제103조의3제1항제2호의 국민연금기금수탁자책임전문위원회의 경우는 6명으로 한다)

The members of the Special Committee shall be the persons specified in each of the following subparagraphs. Three persons appointed by the chairperson of the Management Committee from among those recommended by each of the organizations specified in Article 103 (2) 1 through 3 of the Act, who are engaged or have been engaged in finance, economics, asset management, law, or pension system-related work for five years or more (hereinafter referred to as "related experts"). 2. Three persons appointed by the chairperson of the Management Committee from among the members of the Management Committee specified in Article 103 (2) 1 through 3 of the Act (excluding the case of the National Pension Fund Stewardship Committee under Article 103-3 (1) 2). 3. Three persons appointed by the chairperson of the Management Committee from among related experts (in the case of the National Pension Fund Stewardship Committee under Article 103-3 (1) 2, the number shall be six).

전문위원회의 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 제2항제1호의 위원 중에서 전문위원회의 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다. <개정 2021.11.30>

When the chairperson of the Special Committee is unable to perform his or her duties due to unavoidable circumstances, a member pre-designated by the chairperson of the Special Committee from among the members specified in Article II, Item 1 shall act on his or her behalf. <Amended by Act No. 17707, Nov. 30, 2021>

제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 전문위원회의 구성에 필요한 사항은 운용위원회의 의결을 거쳐 운용위원회의 위원장이 정한다. <개정 2021.11.30>
