보건복지부장관은 기금의 출납 업무를 담당하게 하기 위하여 보건복지부 소속 공무원 중에서 기금수입징수관, 기금재무관, 기금지출관 및 기금출납공무원을 임명한다. 이 경우 임명 사실을 감사원장과 한국은행총재에게 각각 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>
The Minister of Health and Welfare shall appoint a fund revenue collector, a fund finance officer, a fund expenditure officer, and a fund cashier from among public officials belonging to the Ministry of Health and Welfare to be in charge of the fund's disbursement operations. In this case, the fact of appointment shall be notified to the Chairperson of the Board of Audit and Inspection and the Governor of the Bank of Korea, respectively. <Amended by Act No. 9473, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 10150, Mar. 15, 2010>
기금수입징수관과 기금재무관은 기금의 관리ㆍ운용에 따르는 계약과 수입ㆍ지출의 원인이 되는 행위 및 기금 수입금의 징수ㆍ결정에 관한 업무를 담당하며, 기금지출관과 기금출납공무원은 기금의 관리ㆍ운용에 따르는 수입 및 지출 업무를 담당한다.
The fund revenue collector and the fund finance officer shall be in charge of contracts related to the management and operation of the fund, acts causing revenue and expenditure, and the collection and determination of fund revenue. The fund expenditure officer and the fund cashier shall be in charge of revenue and expenditure operations related to the management and operation of the fund.
공단은 제76조에 따라 위탁받은 기금의 관리ㆍ운용에 관한 업무를 처리하기 위하여 기금출납이사와 기금출납원을 두되, 기금출납이사는 법 제31조에 따른 기금이사가 되고, 기금출납원은 공단 직원 중에서 공단 이사장이 임명한 자가 된다. 이 경우 기금출납이사는 기금수입징수관 및 기금재무관의 업무를 수행하고, 기금출납원은 기금지출관 및 기금출납공무원의 업무를 수행한다. <개정 2020.1.29>
The Corporation shall establish a fund director in charge of cashier and a fund cashier clerk to handle the affairs of managing and operating the entrusted fund under Article 76. The fund director in charge of cashier shall be a fund director under Article 31 of the Act, and the fund cashier clerk shall be appointed by the Chairperson of the Corporation from among the employees of the Corporation. In this case, the fund director in charge of cashier shall perform the duties of the fund revenue collector and the fund finance officer, and the fund cashier clerk shall perform the duties of the fund expenditure officer and the fund cashier. <Amended by Act No. 17165, Jan. 29, 2020>
공단 이사장은 제3항에 따라 기금출납이사와 기금출납원을 임명하면 그 사실을 보건복지부장관과 감사원장 및 한국은행총재에게 각각 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>
