제118조 연금원부

공단은 국민연금원부(原簿)를 갖추어 두고 가입자, 가입자였던 자 및 수급권자의 인적 사항, 자격 취득 및 상실, 연금보험료의 납부, 급여의 지급 상황, 그 밖에 보건복지부령으로 정하는 사항을 기록ㆍ보관하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2009.5.21, 2010.1.18>
The Corporation shall maintain a National Pension Ledger and record and keep the personal information of subscribers, former subscribers, and beneficiaries, their qualification acquisition and loss, the payment of pension insurance premiums, the status of benefit payments, and other matters prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. <amended 2008.2.29, 2009.5.21, 2010.1.18>
건강보험공단은 연금보험료의 납부, 징수권 소멸 상황 등 보건복지부령으로 정하는 사항을 기록ㆍ보관하여야 하고, 그 명세를 지체 없이 공단에 제공하여야 한다. <신설 2009.5.21, 2010.1.18>
