제12조 가입자 자격의 상실 시기

사업장가입자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하게 된 날의 다음 날에 자격을 상실한다. 다만, 제5호의 경우에는 그에 해당하게 된 날에 자격을 상실한다.
1. 사망한 때
2. 국적을 상실하거나 국외로 이주한 때
3. 사용관계가 끝난 때
4. 60세가 된 때
5. 제6조 단서에 따른 국민연금 가입 대상 제외자에 해당하게 된 때
An insured person under a workplace shall lose eligibility on the day following the day on which any of the following applies. However, in the case of subparagraph 5, eligibility shall be lost on the day on which it applies. 1. When deceased 2. When nationality is lost or when moving abroad 3. When the employment relationship ends 4. When reaching 60 years of age 5. When becoming a person excluded from the 대상 (target) of National Pension insurance as provided in the proviso of Article 6

7. 제6조 단서에 따른 국민연금 가입 대상 제외자에 해당하게 된 때
