제127조(외국과의 사회보장협정) 대한민국이 외국과 사회보장협정을 맺은 경우에는 이 법에도 불구하고 국민연금의 가입, 연금보험료의 납부, 급여의 수급 요건, 급여액의 산정, 급여의 지급 등에 관하여 그 사회보장협정에서 정하는 바에 따른다.

① Where the Republic of Korea enters into a social security agreement with a foreign country, notwithstanding this Act, the subscription to the National Pension, payment of pension insurance premiums, eligibility requirements for benefits, calculation of benefit amounts, payment of benefits, etc., shall be in accordance with the provisions of that social security agreement.
