제21조 가입자 자격 및 소득 등에 관한 신고

사업장가입자의 사용자는 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 당연적용사업장에 해당된 사실, 사업장의 내용 변경 및 휴업ㆍ폐업 등에 관한 사항과 가입자 자격의 취득ㆍ상실, 가입자의 소득월액 등에 관한 사항을 국민연금공단에 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
The employer of a workplace subscriber shall report to the National Pension Service, in accordance with the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, matters concerning the fact that it is a naturally applicable workplace, changes in the content of the workplace, suspension or closure of business, acquisition or loss of subscriber qualification, and the monthly income of the subscriber. <Amended by Act No. 9413, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 9967, Jan. 18, 2010>
지역가입자, 임의가입자 및 임의계속가입자는 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 자격의 취득ㆍ상실, 이름 또는 주소의 변경 및 소득에 관한 사항 등을 국민연금공단에 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
A regional subscriber, voluntary subscriber, or voluntary continuing subscriber shall report to the National Pension Service, in accordance with the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, matters concerning the acquisition or loss of qualification, changes in name or address, and income, etc. <Amended by Act No. 9413, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 9967, Jan. 18, 2010>
지역가입자, 임의가입자 또는 임의계속가입자가 부득이한 사유로 제2항에 따른 신고를 할 수 없는 경우에는 배우자나 그 밖의 가족이 신고를 대리(代理)할 수 있다.
If a regional subscriber, voluntary subscriber, or voluntary continuing subscriber is unable to make the report under Paragraph ② due to unavoidable reasons, their spouse or other family members may act as an agent for the report.
