제36조 임원의 당연퇴임ㆍ해임

임원이 제35조 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하게 되면 당연히 퇴임한다.
An officer shall automatically retire if he/she falls under any of the subparagraphs of Article 35.
임면권자는 임원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하게 되면 그 임원을 해임할 수 있다.
1. 신체장애나 정신장애로 직무를 수행할 수 없다고 인정될 때
2. 직무에 따른 의무를 위반한 때
3. 고의나 중대한 과실로 공단에 손실이 생기게 한 때
4. 기금이사가 제31조제6항에 따라 이사장과 체결한 계약에서 정한 해임 사유에 해당하게 된 때
The appointing and dismissing authority may dismiss an officer if he/she falls under any of the following subparagraphs: 1. When it is recognized that the officer cannot perform his/her duties due to a physical or mental disability. 2. When the officer violates his/her duties. 3. When the officer causes loss to the Corporation due to intent or gross negligence. 4. When the fund director falls under grounds for dismissal as stipulated in the contract concluded with the chairman of the board of directors pursuant to Article 31 (6).
