공단은 회계연도마다 지출할 자금이 부족하면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 국민연금기금에서 일시차입할 수 있다. <개정 2015.1.28>
If the Corporation lacks funds to disburse for each accounting year, it may temporarily borrow from the National Pension Fund in accordance with the Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 12310, Jan. 28, 2015>
일시차입금은 해당 회계연도 내에 상환하여야 한다.
Temporarily borrowed funds shall be repaid within the relevant accounting year.
공단은 회계연도마다 각종 급여와 관련된 지출이 수입을 초과하게 되면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 제103조에 따른 국민연금기금운용위원회의 심의를 거쳐 국민연금기금에서 이입충당(移入充當)할 수 있다. <개정 2015.1.28>
If disbursements related to various benefits exceed revenue for each accounting year, the Corporation may, in accordance with the Presidential Decree, appropriate funds from the National Pension Fund after deliberation by the National Pension Fund Management Committee established under Article 103. <Amended by Act No. 12310, Jan. 28, 2015>
