Article 62 (Surcharge for Deferral of Payment)
제62조 지급의 연기에 따른 가산

제61조에 따른 노령연금의 수급권자로서 60세 이상 65세 미만인 사람(특수직종근로자는 55세 이상 60세 미만인 사람)이 연금지급의 연기를 희망하는 경우에는 65세(특수직종근로자는 60세) 전까지의 기간에 대하여 그 연금의 전부 또는 일부의 지급을 연기할 수 있다. <개정 2011.12.31, 2015.1.28, 2021.12.21>
Where a beneficiary of an old-age pension under Article 61 who is between 60 and 65 years of age (or between 55 and 60 years of age for workers in special occupations) wishes to defer the payment of the pension, the payment of all or part of the pension may be deferred for the period until he or she reaches 65 years of age (or 60 years of age for workers in special occupations). <Amended by Act No. 11131, Dec. 31, 2011; Act No. 13043, Jan. 28, 2015; Act No. 18582, Dec. 21, 2021>
제1항에 따라 연금 전부의 지급 연기를 신청한 수급권자가 연금의 지급을 희망하거나 65세(특수직종근로자는 60세)가 된 경우의 연금액은 지급의 연기를 신청한 때의 제63조 및 제66조제3항에 따른 노령연금액(부양가족연금액은 제외한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)을 제51조제2항에 따라 조정한 금액에 연기되는 매 1개월마다 그 금액의 1천분의 6을 더한 액으로 한다. 이 경우 1천분의 6에 해당하는 금액도 제51조제2항에 따라 조정한다. <개정 2011.12.31, 2015.1.28, 2017.3.21>
The amount of the old-age pension for a beneficiary who has applied for deferral of the entire pension payment under Paragraph ①, when he or she wishes to receive the pension payment or reaches 65 years of age (or 60 years of age for workers in special occupations), shall be the amount determined under Articles 63 and 66 Paragraph
제1항에 따라 연금 일부의 지급 연기를 신청하려는 수급권자는 노령연금액 중 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 금액의 지급 연기를 신청할 수 있다. <신설 2015.1.28>
1. 노령연금액의 1천분의 500
2. 노령연금액의 1천분의 600
3. 노령연금액의 1천분의 700
4. 노령연금액의 1천분의 800
5. 노령연금액의 1천분의 900
as of the time the deferral of payment was applied for (excluding the dependent's pension; hereinafter the same shall apply in this Article), adjusted pursuant to Article 51 Paragraph ②, plus an additional amount of 6/1000 of that amount for each month of deferral. 제3항에 따라 연금 일부의 지급 연기를 신청한 수급권자가 연금 전부의 지급을 희망하거나 65세가 된 경우의 노령연금액은 다음 각 호의 금액을 합산한 금액으로 한다. <신설 2015.1.28>
1. 노령연금액 중 지급 연기를 신청하지 아니한 금액을 제51조제2항에 따라 조정한 금액
2. 노령연금액 중 지급 연기를 신청한 금액을 제51조제2항에 따라 조정한 금액에 연기되는 매 1개월마다 그 금액의 1천분의 6을 더한 금액. 이 경우 1천분의 6에 해당하는 금액도 제51조제2항에 따라 조정한다.
The old-age pension amount for a beneficiary who has applied for deferral of part of the pension payment under Paragraph ③, when he or she wishes to receive the entire pension payment or reaches 65 years of age, shall be the sum of the following amounts. <Newly Inserted by Act No. 13043, Jan. 28, 2015> 1. The amount of the old-age pension for which deferral of payment was not applied, adjusted pursuant to Article 51 Paragraph ②. 2. The amount of the old-age pension for which deferral of payment was applied, adjusted pursuant to Article 51 Paragraph ②, plus an additional amount of 6/1000 of that amount for each month of deferral. In this case, the amount corresponding to 6/1000 shall also be adjusted pursuant to Article 51 Paragraph ②.
