제63조 노령연금액

제61조제1항에 따른 노령연금액은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 금액에 부양가족연금액을 더한 금액으로 한다. <개정 2011.12.31>
1. 가입기간이 20년 이상인 경우: 기본연금액
2. 가입기간이 10년 이상 20년 미만인 경우: 기본연금액의 1천분의 500에 해당하는 금액에 가입기간 10년을 초과하는 1년(1년 미만이면 매 1개월을 12분의 1년으로 계산한다)마다 기본연금액의 1천분의 50에 해당하는 금액을 더한 금액
The amount of the old-age pension under Article 61 (1) shall be the sum obtained by adding the dependent family pension to the amount determined according to the following items. <Amended by Act No. 11177, Dec. 31, 2011> 1. Where the period of contribution is 20 years or more: The basic pension amount. 2. Where the period of contribution is 10 years or more but less than 20 years: The sum obtained by adding to the amount equivalent to 500/1000 of the basic pension amount, an amount equivalent to 50/1000 of the basic pension amount for each year exceeding 10 years of contribution period (if less than one year, each month shall be calculated as 1/12 of a year).
조기노령연금액은 가입기간에 따라 제1항에 따른 노령연금액 중 부양가족연금액을 제외한 금액에 수급연령별로 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 비율(청구일이 연령도달일이 속한 달의 다음 달 이후인 경우에는 1개월마다 1천분의 5를 더한다)을 곱한 금액에 부양가족연금액을 더한 금액으로 한다. <개정 2011.12.31>
1. 55세부터 지급받는 경우에는 1천분의 700
2. 56세부터 지급받는 경우에는 1천분의 760
3. 57세부터 지급받는 경우에는 1천분의 820
4. 58세부터 지급받는 경우에는 1천분의 880
5. 59세부터 지급받는 경우에는 1천분의 940
The amount of the early old-age pension shall be the sum obtained by adding the dependent family pension to the amount obtained by multiplying the amount of the old-age pension under paragraph (1), excluding the dependent family pension, by the ratio determined according to the following items for each age of receipt, based on the period of contribution (if the date of claim is on or after the month following the month in which the age is reached, add 5/1000 for each month). <Amended by Act No. 11177, Dec. 31, 2011> 1.
