Article 64-2 (Special Cases for Payment of Divided Pensions)
제64조의2 분할연금 지급의 특례

제64조제2항에도 불구하고 「민법」 제839조의2 또는 제843조에 따라 연금의 분할에 관하여 별도로 결정된 경우에는 그에 따른다.
Notwithstanding Article 64, Paragraph 2, where it is separately determined regarding the division of a pension pursuant to Article 839-2 or Article 843 of the Civil Act, it shall be in accordance with such determination.
제1항에 따라 연금의 분할이 별도로 결정된 경우에는 분할 비율 등에 대하여 공단에 신고하여야 한다.
Where the division of a pension is separately determined pursuant to Paragraph 1, the division ratio and other matters shall be reported to the Corporation.
제2항에 따른 신고 방법 및 절차 등 신고에 필요한 세부사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다.
The detailed matters necessary for reporting, such as the method and procedures for reporting under Paragraph 2, shall be prescribed by a Presidential Decree.
