제69조(장애의 중복 조정) 장애연금 수급권자에게 다시 장애연금을 지급하여야 할 장애가 발생한 때에는 전후의 장애를 병합(倂合)한 장애 정도에 따라 장애연금을 지급한다. 다만, 전후의 장애를 병합한 장애 정도에 따른 장애연금이 전의 장애연금보다 적으면 전의 장애연금을 지급한다.
Translation
① When a disability occurs for which a recipient of a disability pension must be paid another disability pension, a disability pension shall be paid according to the degree of disability that combines the previous and subsequent disabilities. Provided, however, that if the degree of disability pension according to the combined degree of the previous and subsequent disabilities is less than the disability pension for the previous disability, the disability pension for the previous disability shall be paid.
