제71조(일시보상금에 대한 평가) 제68조제2항에 따른 일시보상금 수급권자에게 제56조에 따른 중복급여의 조정, 제69조에 따른 장애의 중복 조정, 제70조에 따른 장애연금액의 변경 및 제115조제1항에 따른 소멸시효를 적용할 때에는 일시보상금 지급 사유 발생일이 속하는 달의 다음 달부터 기본연금액의 1천분의 400을 12로 나눈 금액이 67개월 동안 지급된 것으로 본다.

When applying the adjustment of overlapping benefits under Article 56, the overlapping adjustment of disabilities under Article 69, the change in disability pension amount under Article 70, and the statute of limitations under Article 115 (1) to a recipient of lump-sum compensation under Article 68 (2), it shall be deemed that an amount obtained by dividing 400 out of 1,000 of the basic pension amount by 12 has been paid for 67 months, commencing from the month following the month in which the cause for the payment of the lump-sum compensation occurred.
