Article 72 (Beneficiaries of Survivor's Pension)
제72조 유족연금의 수급권자

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람이 사망하면 그 유족에게 유족연금을 지급한다. <개정 2016.5.29>
1. 노령연금 수급권자
2. 가입기간이 10년 이상인 가입자 또는 가입자였던 자
3. 연금보험료를 낸 기간이 가입대상기간의 3분의 1 이상인 가입자 또는 가입자였던 자
4. 사망일 5년 전부터 사망일까지의 기간 중 연금보험료를 낸 기간이 3년 이상인 가입자 또는 가입자였던 자. 다만, 가입대상기간 중 체납기간이 3년 이상인 사람은 제외한다.
5. 장애등급이 2급 이상인 장애연금 수급권자
If a person falling under any of the following subparagraphs dies, a survivor's pension shall be paid to the bereaved family. <Amended by May 29, 2016> 1. A recipient of an old-age pension 2. A subscriber or former subscriber with a contribution period of 10 years or more 3. A subscriber or former subscriber whose period of paying pension premiums is one-third or more of the insurable period 4. A subscriber or former subscriber whose period of paying pension premiums during the period from 5 years before death to the date of death is 3 years or more. However, a person whose period of arrears during the insurable period is 3 years or more shall be excluded. 5. A recipient of a disability pension with a disability grade of 2nd grade or higher
제1항에도 불구하고 같은 항 제3호 또는 제4호에 해당하는 사람이 다음 각 호의 기간 중 사망하는 경우에는 유족연금을 지급하지 아니한다. <개정 2016.5.29>
1. 제6조 단서에 따라 가입 대상에서 제외되는 기간
2. 국외이주ㆍ국적상실 기간
