Article 78 (Payment of Repayment Amount and Coverage Period)
제78조 반납금 납부와 가입기간

제77조에 따라 반환일시금을 받은 자로서 다시 가입자의 자격을 취득한 자는 지급받은 반환일시금에 대통령령으로 정하는 이자를 더한 금액(이하 "반납금"이라 한다)을 공단에 낼 수 있다.
A person who has received a lump-sum refund pursuant to Article 77 and subsequently reacquires the qualification of a subscriber may pay to the Corporation an amount that is the lump-sum refund plus interest as prescribed by Presidential Decree (hereinafter referred to as "repayment amount").
반납금은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 분할하여 납부하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 대통령령으로 정하는 이자를 더하여야 한다.
The repayment amount may be paid in installments as prescribed by Presidential Decree. In this case, interest as prescribed by Presidential Decree shall be added.
제1항과 제2항에 따라 반납금을 낸 경우에는 그에 상응하는 기간은 가입기간에 넣어 계산한다.
Where the repayment amount is paid pursuant to paragraphs ① and ②, the corresponding period shall be included in the calculation of the coverage period.
제1항과 제2항에 따른 반납금의 납부 신청, 납부 방법 및 납부 기한 등 반납금의 납부에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the payment of the repayment amount, such as the application for payment, method of payment, and deadline for payment, pursuant to paragraphs ① and ② shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
