가입자 또는 가입자였던 자가 고의로 질병ㆍ부상 또는 그 원인이 되는 사고를 일으켜 그로 인하여 장애를 입은 경우에는 그 장애를 지급 사유로 하는 장애연금을 지급하지 아니할 수 있다.
Where a subscriber or former subscriber intentionally causes an illness, injury, or an accident that causes such illness or injury, and sustains a disability as a result, disability pension, which is to be paid due to such disability, may not be paid.
가입자 또는 가입자였던 자가 고의나 중대한 과실로 요양 지시에 따르지 아니하거나 정당한 사유 없이 요양 지시에 따르지 아니하여 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하게 되면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 이를 원인으로 하는 급여의 전부 또는 일부를 지급하지 아니할 수 있다.
1. 장애를 입거나 사망한 경우
2. 장애나 사망의 원인이 되는 사고를 일으킨 경우
3. 장애를 악화시키거나 회복을 방해한 경우
Where a subscriber or former subscriber, due to willful misconduct or gross negligence, fails to comply with medical treatment instructions or fails to comply with medical treatment instructions without justifiable grounds, and falls under any of the following subparagraphs, all or part of the benefits caused by such reason may not be paid as prescribed by Presidential Decree. 1. 1. 가입자 또는 가입자였던 자를 고의로 사망하게 한 유족
2. 유족연금등의 수급권자가 될 수 있는 자를 고의로 사망하게 한 유족
3. 다른 유족연금등의 수급권자를 고의로 사망하게 한 유족연금등의 수급권자
4. 가입자 또는 가입자였던 자의 유족으로서 「민법」 제1004조의2에 따라 그 상속권을 상실한 유족
