Article 111 (Provision of Material Safety Data Sheets)
제111조 물질안전보건자료의 제공

물질안전보건자료대상물질을 양도하거나 제공하는 자는 이를 양도받거나 제공받는 자에게 물질안전보건자료를 제공하여야 한다.
A person who transfers or provides a substance subject to material safety data sheets shall provide the material safety data sheets to the person who receives the transfer or provision.
물질안전보건자료대상물질을 제조하거나 수입한 자는 이를 양도받거나 제공받은 자에게 제110조제3항에 따라 변경된 물질안전보건자료를 제공하여야 한다.
A person who manufactures or imports a substance subject to material safety data sheets shall provide the changed material safety data sheets, in accordance with Article 110 (3), to the person who receives the transfer or provision.
물질안전보건자료대상물질을 양도하거나 제공한 자(물질안전보건자료대상물질을 제조하거나 수입한 자는 제외한다)는 제110조제3항에 따른 물질안전보건자료를 제공받은 경우 이를 물질안전보건자료대상물질을 양도받거나 제공받은 자에게 제공하여야 한다.
A person who transfers or provides a substance subject to material safety data sheets (excluding a person who manufactures or imports the substance subject to material safety data sheets) shall, upon receiving material safety data sheets in accordance with Article 110 (3), provide them to the person who receives the transfer or provision of the substance subject to material safety data sheets.
제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따른 물질안전보건자료 또는 변경된 물질안전보건자료의 제공방법 및 내용, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다.
The method and content of providing material safety data sheets or changed material safety data sheets, and other necessary matters, pursuant to paragraphs ① to ③, shall be determined by the Ministry of Employment and Labor Ordinance.
