제115조 물질안전보건자료대상물질 용기 등의 경고표시

물질안전보건자료대상물질을 양도하거나 제공하는 자는 고용노동부령으로 정하는 방법에 따라 이를 담은 용기 및 포장에 경고표시를 하여야 한다. 다만, 용기 및 포장에 담는 방법 외의 방법으로 물질안전보건자료대상물질을 양도하거나 제공하는 경우에는 고용노동부장관이 정하여 고시한 바에 따라 경고표시 기재 항목을 적은 자료를 제공하여야 한다.
A person who transfers or provides substances subject to material safety data sheets shall affix warning labels to the containers and packaging containing such substances in accordance with the methods prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. However, when transferring or providing substances subject to material safety data sheets by means other than containers and packaging, the person shall provide data containing the items of the warning label in accordance with the standards publicly notified by the Minister of Employment and Labor.
사업주는 사업장에서 사용하는 물질안전보건자료대상물질을 담은 용기에 고용노동부령으로 정하는 방법에 따라 경고표시를 하여야 한다. 다만, 용기에 이미 경고표시가 되어 있는 등 고용노동부령으로 정하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
An employer shall affix warning labels to containers containing substances subject to material safety data sheets used in the workplace in accordance with the methods prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. However, this shall not apply in cases where the containers are already labeled or when prescribed otherwise by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
