지도사는 다른 사람에게 자기의 성명이나 사무소의 명칭을 사용하여 지도사의 직무를 수행하게 하거나 그 자격증이나 등록증을 대여해서는 아니 된다. <개정 2020.3.31>
A guide shall not allow another person to perform the duties of a guide using their name or the name of their office, nor shall they lend their qualification certificate or registration certificate. <Amended by Act No. 17221, Mar. 31, 2020>
누구든지 지도사의 자격을 취득하지 아니하고 그 지도사의 성명이나 사무소의 명칭을 사용하여 지도사의 직무를 수행하거나 자격증ㆍ등록증을 대여받아서는 아니 되며, 이를 알선하여서도 아니 된다. <신설 2020.3.31>
No person shall perform the duties of a guide using the name of a guide or the name of their office, or borrow a qualification certificate or registration certificate without obtaining the qualification of a guide, nor shall they broker such an act. <Newly established Mar. 31, 2020>
