Article 31 (Basic Safety and Health Education for Construction Industry)

건설업의 사업주는 건설 일용근로자를 채용할 때에는 그 근로자로 하여금 제33조에 따른 안전보건교육기관이 실시하는 안전보건교육을 이수하도록 하여야 한다. 다만, 건설 일용근로자가 그 사업주에게 채용되기 전에 안전보건교육을 이수한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
The employer in the construction industry shall, when employing construction daily workers, ensure that those workers complete safety and health education conducted by a safety and health education institution as prescribed by Article 33. However, this shall not apply if a construction daily worker has completed safety and health education prior to being employed by that employer.
제1항 본문에 따른 안전보건교육의 시간ㆍ내용 및 방법, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다.
The duration, content, methods of safety and health education under the main sentence of paragraph ①, and other necessary matters shall be prescribed by the Ministry of Employment and Labor Ordinance.
