제29조제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따른 안전보건교육, 제31조제1항 본문에 따른 안전보건교육 또는 제32조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 본문에 따른 안전보건교육을 하려는 자는 대통령령으로 정하는 인력ㆍ시설 및 장비 등의 요건을 갖추어 고용노동부장관에게 등록하여야 한다. 등록한 사항 중 대통령령으로 정하는 중요한 사항을 변경할 때에도 또한 같다.
A person who intends to conduct safety and health education pursuant to Article 29(1) through (3), the main sentence of Article 31(1), or the main sentence of the part other than the subparagraphs of Article 32(1) shall meet the requirements for personnel, facilities, and equipment, etc., as prescribed by the Presidential Decree, and register with the Minister of Employment and Labor. The same shall apply when changing important matters prescribed by the Presidential Decree among the registered matters.
고용노동부장관은 제1항에 따라 등록한 자(이하 "안전보건교육기관"이라 한다)에 대하여 평가하고 그 결과를 공개할 수 있다. 이 경우 평가의 기준ㆍ방법 및 결과의 공개에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다.
The Minister of Employment and Labor may evaluate and disclose the results of persons registered pursuant to paragraph (1) (hereinafter referred to as "safety and health education institutions"). In this case, the criteria and methods for evaluation and matters necessary for the disclosure of the results shall be prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
제1항에 따른 등록 절차 및 업무 수행에 관한 사항, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다.
Matters concerning the registration procedure and business operations pursuant to paragraph (1), and other necessary matters shall be prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
안전보건교육기관에 대해서는 제21조제4항 및 제5항을 준용한다. 이 경우 "안전관리전문기관 또는 보건관리전문기관"은 "안전보건교육기관"으로, "지정"은 "등록"으로 본다.
Articles 21(4) and (5) shall apply mutatis mutandis to safety and health education institutions. In this case, "safety management expert institutions or health management expert institutions" shall be deemed as "safety and health education institutions", and "designation" shall be deemed as "registration".
