제85조 안전인증의 표시 등

안전인증을 받은 자는 안전인증을 받은 유해ㆍ위험기계등이나 이를 담은 용기 또는 포장에 고용노동부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 안전인증의 표시(이하 "안전인증표시"라 한다)를 하여야 한다.
A person who has received safety certification shall affix a safety certification mark (hereinafter referred to as a "safety certification mark") to the hazardous/dangerous machinery, etc., that has received safety certification, or to the container or packaging thereof, in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
안전인증을 받은 유해ㆍ위험기계등이 아닌 것은 안전인증표시 또는 이와 유사한 표시를 하거나 안전인증에 관한 광고를 해서는 아니 된다.
Hazardous/dangerous machinery, etc., that has not received safety certification shall not bear a safety certification mark or a similar mark, nor shall it be advertised in relation to safety certification.
안전인증을 받은 유해ㆍ위험기계등을 제조ㆍ수입ㆍ양도ㆍ대여하는 자는 안전인증표시를 임의로 변경하거나 제거해서는 아니 된다.
A person who manufactures, imports, transfers, or leases hazardous/dangerous machinery, etc., that has received safety certification shall not arbitrarily alter or remove the safety certification mark.
고용노동부장관은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 안전인증표시나 이와 유사한 표시를 제거할 것을 명하여야 한다.
1. 제2항을 위반하여 안전인증표시나 이와 유사한 표시를 한 경우
2. 제86조제1항에 따라 안전인증이 취소되거나 안전인증표시의 사용 금지 명령을 받은 경우
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall order the removal of a safety certification mark or a similar mark in any of the following cases: 1. When a safety certification mark or a similar mark has been affixed in violation of paragraph ②. 2. When safety certification has been canceled or an order to prohibit the use of a safety certification mark has been issued in accordance with Article 86(1).
